Fungi - Common Grey Disco Fungus
Mollisia cinerea

These little fungi are so small that I haven't seen them "in real life." I only noticed them in the background of photos I'd taken of slime molds, which are very small themselves. The pink in the bottom left of this first photo is some of the slime mold I saw. Common Grey Disco Fungus--the little grey to yellow circles--is really tiny!
