All of the Heartleaf Milkweed plants I've seen at Rockville are adjacent to the Green Valley Trail except for one that is in the north end of the park.

Shiny 'honeydew' spots on a Heartleaf Milkweed leaf. Honeydew is a sugary liquid that is excreted by aphids.

A workcrew managed to pile up debris right on top of the 'Northern' Heartleaf Milkweed plant.

But wait! In 2019, a few yards from where the old plant was growing, I found a new Heartleaf Milkweed plant in the 'Northern' location. Yay, for nature!
